  2. In a greased casserole dish, add in all ingredients.

For me this recipe is great. I needed cooked rice for a recipe so I wanted no seasoning. I used basmati rice. And also I omitted the onion, because I wanted 1/2 cup of cooked rice for a rice pudding. Thanks Snowbaby :) It was easy to do. Made for Spring PAC 2013

A very simple dish that takes no effort at all. I, personally think that using stock (chicken or veg) would benefit this no end, as it was a titch on the bland side. Made for Spring Pac 2010.
