Well, I have to say that I was very leary of baking a rib eye from it's frozen state. But I decided that I would give it a try since it would take me longer to thaw it out to cook it. I was really pleased with the way that this turned out. My steak came out just a little bit too rare for me, so I microwaved it at the end for about 45 seconds and it was perfect.
