Baked Pumpkin Dessert

"I'm a sucker for anything to do with pumpkin! The recipe vaguely said "1 can pumpkin (plain)" and didn't say what temperature to bake it at or for how long, so we'll see how this turns out!"

  1. This was so easy to make my 4 yr old helped with it. I baked it at 350 degrees for 40 mins and it came out perfect. It was very good...like eating pumpkin pie without the crust. Hubby loved it because he hates crust. We made it in 9x13 pan and was extremely thin. My family of 6 easily ate the whole pan. This would be very good made in ramkins and served with crushed gingersnaps over it. We will definitely make it again.
