  1. These were great - mine cooked in about 30 min though so depending on the size wedges you do, keep an eye on yours! I also did them with a ranch seasoning (in addition to seasoned salt) which was yummy too. Thanks for the recipe!

  2. These are absolutely perfect! We all loved them and have made this recipe several times! Instead of seasoning salt we used a mix of garlic powder, Mrs Dash, and chili powder.

  4. These were great. My kids gobbled them up quicker than french fries. I will definitely make them again. Just watch your cooking time. Mine cooked in 30 minutes also. I used to make these in the Navy. Thanks for making me want to eat them again!

  5. Can't get much easier! Delicious results every time. I like mine crispy so I left them in a little longer than called for. Great dipped in ketchup with just about anything!

Tweaks

  1. I love this method. We weren't crazy about plain old seasoning salt. I will try this again with different seasoning. I substituted the butter for olive oil to make it healthier. All in all a keeper.

  2. These are so good! I made these potato wedges with olive oil in place of the butter and used a seasoning blend I acquired from Capt. Anderson's Seafood Restaurant in Panama City, FL and added a little salt after cooking and I also cut my potatoes a little smaller than one quarter of the potato. I will definitely make this recipe again and will look forward to doing it! Thank you for sharing your delicious recipe here on RecipeZaar!

  3. This also works well if you substitute the butter with olive oil. Great idea.
