- 5-6 potatoes, sliced and cooked
- 236.59 ml mayonnaise
- 340.19 g Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 78.78 ml onion, chopped
- 226.79 g bacon, partially cooked, chopped
- 118.29 ml olive, chopped (optional)
directions
- Mix first 4 ingredients together.
- Put in 9 x 13 inch pan.
- Top with bacon and chopped olives.
- (olives are optional) Bake at 325* for 35-45 minutes , or until well browned.
