- 3 large baking potatoes
- 4 green onions
- 5 slices bacon (fried, crumbled)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (1/4 c. reserved)
- Wash and bake potatoes.
- Remove skin from the potato and mash.
- Add onions, bacon, 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, sour cream, and butter to the mashed potatoes.
- Top with remaining cheddar and bake at 325° for 15 minuets or until cheese melts.
