Easy to fix. Great for a busy day - pop a couple of potatoes in the oven a few minutes before hand and have a complete meal in an hour.
- 2 meaty pork chops
- 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- seasoned salt and pepper
- Heat oil in fry pan. Add chops seasoned with salt and pepper and brown.
- Spray cassarole with Pam. Put browned chops in cassarole and pour creamed corn on top.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
This was very easy and good. I made a mistake and baked 45 minutes instead of 30. My fault the chops were a little too done. Thanks for the recipe.
