This is fantastic served as an accompaniment to ham, and very easy to make too! This may also prepared a day ahead, refrigerated, and baked the following day.

  1. Set oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a 1-1/2-quart casserole dish.
  3. Cream butter and sugar.
  4. Add in eggs; beat until combined.
  5. Stir in drained crushed pineapple and bread cubes.
  6. Pour into prepared baking dish.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes, until lightly browned.
  8. Serve hot or cold.
  9. Delicious!

Absolutely delicious. I have been using a recipe for years for pineapple dressing, and you're is very similar....only better! Fixed this as a side dish for Easter dinner. Easy to make and yummy. Thanks for posting this....I'm replacing my old recipe with this.

I made this for Easter Sunday brunch. It was out of this world and received rave reviews!!! I substituted Challah bread for the white bread and zipped it under the broiler for a few minutes at the end to get the top browned and crunchy. Thanks for the recipe Kittencal, I knew if it was your recipe, it would be a hit!!!!!
