Old family recipe from Aunt Dorothea.
- 2 (20 ounce) cans crushed pineapple
- 2 cups sugar
- 1⁄2 cup butter, melted
- 8 slices white bread, cubed with crusts removed
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all four ingredients. Bake in shallow pan or casserole for 45 minutes or until wavy on top.
