Goes great with pork, especially ham!
- 40 ounces pineapple chunks in juice, drained
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 3⁄4 cup Ritz cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Place half of pineapple into slow cooker.
- Cover with half of brown sugar and half of cracker crumbs; dot with half of butter.
- Layer remaining ingredients.
- Cook on low for 2 hours. Serve warm.
