  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Add eggs, beat.
  3. Add other ingredients.
  4. Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon to top before putting in oven.
  6. Bake 40-50 minutes at 325°F.

I dont know why I have not reviewed this before now. I made this a couple of years ago for Easter and everyone told me "DO NOT LOOSE THIS RECIPE" it is requiested every Easter. We all love it. Thanks for a great easy recipe.

I am not going to post any stars on this right now. This recipe just seemed to have too much bread in it and became more of a baked bread custard than a baked pineapple. There just wasn't any flavor of the pineapple coming through and was over-powered by the bread. Maybe you can check to see if the amount of bread is correctly written.
