Make and share this Baked Pesto Ricotta recipe from Food.com.
- Combine ingredients.
- Spread in ovenproof dish.
- Bake at 180 C for 20 - 30 minutes until firm.
- Cool, slice and serve on crusty bread.
This was tasty, wonderful and so easy. I was able to use the final product in so many things, on a grilled cheese sandwich, mixed into marinara pasta sauce, on pierogies...very versatile!
