Absolutely delicious! I make my own pesto, so I know the seasonings, so I skipped the salt and pepper. Thanks for posting a great, quick last minute meal! Made for I RECOMMEND 2012

Very quick to make and something different for the weeknight menu challenge. I used Classico pesto so added no other salt. I baked in a foil lined pan for easier cleanup. If you're a fan of pesto this will meet your expectations. Thank you for sharing the recipe!

Top marks for an easy recipe even one you can make ahead and then just pop into the oven. I used a genova pesto and was wishing I handn't added the salt to the chicken (I won't next time) but on the other hand the DM who is a salt fiend absolutely loved it. I baked initially for 25 minutes at 170C fan forced and then 5 minutes to melt the cheese (I used a pregrated pizza mix of mozzarella, parmesan cheddar). Would also like to trial it with a tomato pesto (almost a faux par chicken parmesan without the crumbs on the chicken). Thank you nemokitty, made for Make My Recipe Spring Edition.

This is so simple and easy to do. And great taste with just a few ingredients. Even my son liked it. I didn't use salt and pepper. Thanks Nemokitty :) Made for Make my recipe tag game

This is a quick and easy chicken dish! Great for a weeknight meal when you are short on time. It didn't really have the "oomph" that I thought it would - I may try adding some chopped tomato next time for a little added flavor. Thanks for posting this recipe!
