Baked Penne and Kielbasa

Another recipe for my kielbasa collection! From Hillshire Farm.

  • 1 lb kielbasa, sliced 1/4 inch thick
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 12 cups milk
  • 4 cups cooked penne (8 oz uncooked)
  • 1 12 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 12 cups French-fried onions
  • 1 cup frozen peas


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Spray a skillet with cooking spray and brown kielbasa, drain.
  3. In a 3 quart casserole, combine soup and milk.
  4. Add penne, kielbasa, 3/4 cheese, 1/2 cup onions and peas, stir to combine.
  5. Bake 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  6. Stir, top with remaining cheese and onions and bake until golden brown.

Wonderful recipe!!! Great meal and really easy. I might add in Cauliflower next time instead of peas - but this is GREAT
