This was extremely fast to make! SO good and I had all the ingredients in my pantry. Fast, fresh & delicious. The ginger and pear together are amazing!!! Definitely a do-over! Loved this, as much as your other recipes, KitchenMistress.

Good stuff! I made it as listed except for not adding the sugar into the pears as it was optional and my pears too were ripe and sweet. Besides, who needs the calories? Very nice combination of the pears with the fresh ginger. Interesting thing happened to the pears that I used. I'm not sure what caused it to happen but the pears were almost translucent when cooked, I think maybe the flour did it as I do not normally use flour (in the fruit) when I make crisps. Nonetheless, it tasted great and maybe that was supposed to happen...
