Yummy! I used a variety of veggies - red onion, green bell pepper, broccoli, cauliflower, and baby carrots. Simple to do and very tasty. Thanks for sharing. Made for Bargain Basement Tag.

  1. cut up all veggies. Toss with salt, pepper, italian seasoning, and olive oil. Roast in 450 oven for 15 minute Cook penne until al dente. Toss veggies, cheeses, sauce and pasta together. Bake in greased casserol pan for 25 minute.
