Great recipe. I am looking for more non-frying options and I thought it was delicious and simple to make.

This is okay in a pinch. I was hoping it would have more of a crust on the outside. It was kind of mushy.

For such a simple recipe, with ingredients I always have on hand, this is delicious! Double the recipe and freeze half before cooking. I wouldn't hesitate to serve this to guests.

A decent recipe. A hit at our home. I was happy that I had all the basic ingredients on hand. I added red crushed pepper for some heat, which worked well. I served it with some sauteed kale w/ garlic & oil.
