I was scared to use the diced green chilies since I don't like spicy food, but they added such a great flavor and were not spicy at all! Thanks for introducing them to me! It was a little dry for me so next time I might add a little more sour cream. Very tasty dish though!

I was hesitant for the sour cream. But finally, the taste blended well with the other ingredients. I used only roasted red peppers. It was delicious. Thanks Charmie. Made for the Babes of ZWT4

Orzo is my very favorite pasta of all time, and this recipe really brings it home by adding (if it was possible) to the comfort factor. The cheese, the vegetables, the sour cream, all of it is a plus and all gone so fast I could barely take the photo. I followed this exactly, but just cut down on the mozzarella a bit, used light sour cream, and threw a couple of mushrooms in because there were a couple sitting around. I had some roasted chicken and used this as a side dish. So easy to put together, the sad part is that we don't have any to re/heat. Thanks Charmie! Made for *ZWT4* May 2008.
