Directions

  1. Combine mayonnaise, onion, Parmesan and garlic salt in a medium sized bowl.
  2. Stir in shredded cheeses.
  3. Spoon into a 2 quart baking dish.
  4. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley if desired.
  6. Serve with crackers or breadsticks.
