  • 1. Preheat oven to 350*.
  • 2. Mix dry ingredients.
  • 3. Mix wet ingredients.
  • 4. Pour wet into dry. Stir to combine.
  • 5. Pour into a 9×9 baking dish either coated in cooking spray or lined with parchment.
  • 6. Bake for 40 minutes.
  • 7. Cut into 9 squares.

  1. I made these last night . I was out of walnuts and I used 1/2 cup of raisins. They were delicious. I can't believe that I am the first to rate them. I can't wait to try them with the nuts also in them. I think that dried cranberries would be a good addition too. Also, next time I will double the recipe, as there aren't any left to put in the freezer. Very quick and easy to put together. Just mix it all by hand. What I really like about this is that there is no additional sugar in them, because I am diabetic.
