      This is a very tasty baked oatmeal! Loved the blueberries; as your intro suggested I think it would be great with some almonds or pecans added. I made 1/3 of the recipe in a 4x6 inch pan and that worked well. Served with just a little milk and really enjoyed - thanks for sharing the recipe! Made for Spring Pick-A-Chef 2011

      This had a good flavor. The texture was a little off for me. It may have been due to my using whole rolled oats. I did pour some almond milk over each serving and like I said it had a nice flavor. Made for PAC Spring 2011.

      This is really good. Reminded me of an oatmeal cookie. I cut the recipe in half and did it in an 8-inch cake pan. I also subbed dried cranberries for the blueberries. Going to try it with pecans next time. Made for Spring 2011 PAC game.
