1. Bit fatty for me love them tho. I decided to mix all the ingrediantents together in a bowel with the addition of parsely paste and then mixed the sliced mushrooms thru the paste

 2. I've made this three times (I had a little garlic powder to get rid of), to accompany steaks. I used sliced mushrooms and ground white pepper when making this. It's a different way to make mushrooms, and tastes good enough, but isn't anything extra special. Still, I might make it again sometime.

 3. I made this for PAC Fall 2008. I really liked this recipe because it doesn't require babysitting like I'm used to when sauteeing mushrooms. But, I think that next time I am also going to add butter. I left mine in the oven for a little longer than 15 minutes to make them a little softer. We topped our hamburgers. Yum! Thanks for a new technique!

I love to cook and I have a husband who loves to eat, so it's definitely a match made in heaven :) I have a beautiful 23 year old daughter who lives in Maine. Our pets are Kirby (dog) and Kody (cat). I meet my husband on a flight to San Diego....it was love at 1st flight :) My husband is from western New York and I'm a native of Colorado. I love this site. Well actually, I've become addicted to it. I rarely got on the computer before but I'm on it everyday now looking at recipes. I just wish I had enough time to make all the wonderful recipes I see. When I make a really good recipe I share it with family, friends, coworkers and customers.
