Delicious. I used low-fat cheese sticks to try and be a little more healthy. These were great! I used 3 egss instead of 2. With some spaghetti sauce they were perfect! I would definately recommend trying them out!

"Better than fried!" says my fiance. I cut this in half, and did 6 string cheese sticks, each cut in half. I forgot to do the 2nd coating (step 4). I stuck them in the freezer for an hour, and then stuck them in the oven. I put them in for 6 minutes, then realized that I forgot to spray them with canola oil spray, so I did that and then stuck them in for around 2-4 minutes more, until they started oozing just a bit. Even with my forgetfulness, they were absolutely awesome!!!

My oven took 10-12 minutes to get them like at a restaurant but they were well worth the wait. My daughter used ranch for her dip and the rest of the family loved them with marinara. Thanks !

These were very yummy. My son ate 6 all by himself! The goopy hands the night before was easily forgotten when I just tossed our dinner into the oven in a jiffy. They do cool down fast, so I would recommend eating them within 8 minutes of removing from the oven. I did forget to drizzle the butter on top before baking, but didn't miss it until I came here and read the recipe again! Thanks!!!

These were amazing! Mine oozed a bit more than I'd have liked...but they were still really great. I used italian crumbs and then froze them for about 5 hours. Thank you for the great recipe! Will deff make again :)

These were just okay. I might make them again if I get down to bits and pieces before a shopping trip. They didn't brown at all and were very oily. Definitely not for us.

These were definitely very good. I halved the recipe. Next time I think I will cut the cheesesticks in half. Eat them quick before they get firm again! Enjoyed these and will be making them again, thanks for the recipe :)

Very yummy. I used panko bread crumbs as well. Mine needed to bake for longer and they never turned as golden as I would have liked. Good recipe. Thanks!

These tasted very good, but for some reason mine leaked, badly :( . I put them in the freezer in the morning and baked them just before dinner, about 8 hours later, but every single one oozed a lot of cheese into the baking pan. I followed all of the directions exactly so I am really disappointed they didn't come out neater.

These are really good. My son loves these and I was hoping to find a good (lighter) recipe than frying. He couldn't wait the "chill time", so we went ahead and baked (about 1/2 melted but were still delicious)! We used Panko crumbs just to make them nice and crunchy. Didn't even need the sauce! Thanks!
