These are awesome! The panko doesn't brown much, but that didn't stop four toddlers and two adults from scarfing down a triple batch! I only cut the mozza sticks in half for a more "cheese stick" look. I agree with the previous review that they do want some more spice; I added a boatload of garlic powder, basil, and oregano. Also, I chilled them after putting on the breading for several hours, as I have read that helps the sticks keep their shape while baking. Worked for me! Thanks, Sharon. What a treat!

These were good and easy to make. My family thought they could have used some other spices in the coating. We all enjoyed them though.

Very good! I made these as an appetizer for 8 hungry men before spaghetti and meatballs. I guess I increased the recipe by 1.5 times. I used 9 mozarella sticks and just used however much of the breading I needed. They boys all loved them! Thanks for posting! Made for Veg'n Swap 37 as a VIP Pick!
