  1. Cook pasta as directed.
  2. Preheat oven to 350.
  3. Melt butter in pan.
  4. Cook garlic for 1 minute.
  5. Add flour and salt, cook until bubbly.
  6. Add in milk, bring to a boil.
  7. Add in cheese and ham, stir until melted.
  8. Combine cheese sauce and pasta.
  9. Put in 2qt ungreased baking pan.
  10. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  11. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
