      This was a good baked mac and cheese. My family liked this more then I did. I followed the recipe exactly as written, using the cheddar cheese. I like my mac and cheese more cheesey but my family loved it and ate it up.

      Excellent Mac & Cheese. Mine didn't seem to be as creamy as those shown in the photo, but it tasted great. I might add additional cheese the next time I make this. The kids I'm making this for should really like it. thanks Karen for a keeper.

      I made this using Mueller's Ready Cut macaroni, much like your grandmother made. This is a great mac & cheese recipe, very easy to make and tastes like the version my mom made for me. Very tasty comfort food. Made for Holiday Tag Game. Thanks for the keeper Karen!

      Hello Karen67, your macaroni and cheese was superb! We made it with penne rigatta, combination of sharp and mild cheddar, and grated onions. For color we used chopped parsley. Thank you for posting such a delicious and "comforting" recipe, Diane :=)

      Karen, this is a mac and cheese just like my mom used to make us when we were kids!! First time making it without butter - and it turned out great!! Thanks Karen!! Used low-fat mozzarella (ran out of cheddar...)!!

      When I read the ingredients of this recipe I knew I would love it! This recipe is very much like my own that I have been using for years. Macaroni and Cheese is a comfort food that can easily be served with almost any other dish and make you feel at home. This recipe is a winner : ) Thanks for sharing, Karen!
