This recipe is both ridiculously simple and incredibly delicious.
- 4 chicken thighs
- 4 small lemons, juice of
- 1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash seasoning mix
- Combine lemon juice and Mrs. Dash.
- Marinade chicken in lemon juice and Mrs. Dash for at least 3 hours (preferably overnight).
- Cook chicken for 40 minutes at 450 degrees, or until chicken skin is light brown and crispy.
I don't eat chicken so I have to rely on DH. He said it was ok and I should keep it.It was certainly easy to do. Thanks for sharing,
