Easy to make roast lamb. The smell was divine when the clove and honey mixture was added. I felt like the flavours didnt permeate the meat very well, so will pour it over earlier next time I may it, thanks for posting.

  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Place leg of lamb on rack in a shallow baking dish.
  3. Bake 1 hour and 45 minutes.
  4. Drain off excess fat.
  5. Combine cloves, honey, lemon juice and salt and pour over lamb.
  6. Return to oven and bake an additional 20 minutes more.
