  • Preheat oven to 425°F Wash and cut up wings. Place in large baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake for approximately 2 hours.
  • Remove from oven. Brush with melted margarine. Cover with hot sauce. Bake an additional 30 minutes.

  2. These were really good! They tasted just like fried wings. I thought at the last 15 min. they were getting over cooked, but I kept them in the full time, and they came out perfect, not dried out at all. They were too spicy for my 7 year old daughter, she liked them, but she could only handle two wings. Will make again. Thanks for the recipe.
