Bake chicken thighs honey ginger sauce.

  1. Place the honey, soy sauce, ginger and garlic into a sauce pan and heat the mixture and remove the sauce aside to cool.
  2. Preheat oven 350°.
  3. In a Pyrex 9" x 13" x 2” baking dish line the skin side down and pour in the honey ginger sauce and cover with a sheet of alum fold and place into oven for 30 minutes and turn up the heat to 375° and remove the alum foil and turn the chicken thighs skin up and bake for 15 minutes longer uncover.
