- 1 (1 kg) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1⁄3 cup salad dressing or 1⁄3 cup yogurt
- 2 cups medium cheese, grated
- 1 (8 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1⁄2 onion, chopped
- salt and pepper
- crushed corn flakes or breadcrumbs
- Mix ingredients in a greased casserole dish. Top with crushed cornflakes or breadcrumbs.
- Bake 350°F uncovered for 1 hour.
