A good, tasty dinner to make. Since DH and I like that extra "tang", the next time I'll add a little more mustard. Thanx Merlot!

Very simple to make but also great tasting. The mustard sauce and ham flavors go well together. You are right about this being great comfort food. My family and I enjoyed eating your casserole and I will add this to my favorite, quick meal file. Thank-you Merlot.

This was pretty good. I used 6 ounces or so of miniature lasagna noodles, and since I used a ton of ham, I added some more milk and a bit more mustard for more sauce. (no more butter)I was happy that just about everyone liked it (we had no leftovers)Thanks for sharing!

Delicious! I doubled the mustard and the milk as I like lots of sauce and wanted extra tang. I also added a chopped onion and peas. I topped it with some shredded cheddar instead of the bread crumbs. My husband and all 3 kids loved it. I will definitely be making this again.

Merlot,I never ever thought of putting mustard on noodles,but this was really good,We are iced in and can't get out to go to the store,and I had some ham in the freezer,and always have noodles,so tried this recipe,I am very glad I did.It was delicious.(As all of your recipes are) Thanks so much,Darlene

You know, this dish kinda surprised me. I was expecting it to be a hit with my two little girls, and I was right (especially since I forgot the chopped onion I'd intended to add!), but I thought I'd probably find it a bit too flavourless -- or worse, too mustardy. It was so good though, with just a bit of additional salt and pepper. This will definitely get made again at our house! Thanks for a wonderful, simple, warm, and comforting casserole!

Yummy! I have a bit of leftover ham and this was a great dish to use it in. I used honey mustard and ended up using about 2 T. I didn't use celery due to personal taste. I also used whole wheat penne to make it a little healthier. :) Thanks, Merlot!
