We enjoyed this very much. Next time I will make more sauce though. I also used light mayo.

This was a great recipe! My husband, a Native Alaskan, even approved. I substituted "Light Mayonnaise' and added a teaspoon of garlic (we rarely cook without it). I'm adding this to my favorites!

Super Good!! Even my 3 yr old son asked for seconds. I used tilapia (saved a little $$). Definitely going to make again.

So easy to put together and the result is fantatsic! I added a pinch of sugar to the mixture, but otherwise stuck to the recipe. I'll be making this again. Thanx for sharing the recipe.

A quick and simple way to make a delicious mid-week supper, that my fish-loving husband enjoyed tremendously. Served with basmati rice and steamed green beans. Thanks Meredith, for another excellent recipe! Made for PAC Fall 2007
