  1. In an ungreased 11-in. x 7-in. x 2-in. baking dish, combine the melted butter, lemon juice, green onion, water, dill and garlic salt.
  2. Add fish and turn to coat.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  4. Cover and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Sprinkle with lemon-pepper.

This was okay but thought it needed a bit something more to kick it up a bit. I used the cod option and I cut the butter way down and there was still a lot of liquid in the pan after cooking. Thanks for sharing!
