Tasty greenbean Casserolle with sour cream and Gouda cheese Got this from a friend and it was the hit at last thanksgiving. Definately a keeper... I double the recipe and use a bigger pan
- In a large pan melt butter. Once melted add flour sugar and salt and mix well. Next add sour cream. Once heated add the green beans, remove from heat and mix well. Transfer to a medium sized casserole dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle on Gouda cheese and finish with the roasted onions.
- Bake in oven at 180deg C until cheese is starting to crisp. Don't let the onions burn!
