    Ingredients:

    Directions:

      Halve grapefruits and remove pith with a knife.
    2. 2
      Loosen the sections.
    3. 3
      Pour some honey into the centre of each grapefruit. Alternately drizzle the top with honey or maple syrup (thanks Ladypit!).

      Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    5. 5
      Bake at 190C/375F for 15 minutes.

      very very nice! I don't like my grapefruit cold - I think at room temp it has more flavor, well guess what - baked has the most flavor! Really delicious!

      I was surprised at how tasty this was. Good dessert and simple to make. I made it up in the morning and popped in the oven at dinner time. Thanks for the recipe.

      Easy and fast to make. And something different. I like the hot grapefruit and the honey and cinnamon were great here with the more bitter notes of the grapefruit. Thanks for sharing
