This was wonderful! Since the measurements are somewhat unclear, I'll let you know what I did. 1lb gnocchi, half pint of cream, about 10oz blue cheese, 1/4lb of prosciutto and a sprinkle of panko and parmesan. It came out really yummy with these measurements. DH suggests next time we add mushrooms to make it even better. Thanks for the fantastic recipe tinaki99!!!!

This was really good, but next time I would cut back on the amount of breadcrumbs. In my opinion they almost ruined a perfect dish.

i whipped this up for me and my vegetarian roommates (only put prosciutto on my half) ... none of us could keep our fingers out of the sauce. it's amazing! we added some sauteed spinach and garlic. other than that, no changes! thanks for a quick and easy dinner!!
