I accidentally came across this recipe and found the ingredients interesting -- since I like to experiment, I thought to give it try. I'm happy I did -- the outcome of the dish was very nice -- comments at the table were such as something you'd find at a "Michelin Star restaurant" quality. Don't be afraid, give it a try!
its all set to do the final 30 mins tomorrow and I know it will be good because I licked the bowl!!
I used the converter to make 2 servings which filled a 15 ounce stoneware dish. It worked perfectly, and tasted great. I've never roasted garlic before, it was a nice touch.
This was delicious! I used a large garlic bulb and because it was roasted it was not overpowering. Will make this dish again. Thanks Sharon!
Thanks so much for sharing Sharon. These potatoes were wonderful. My dh doesn't like alot of garlic, so I used a little garlic, 2 french shallots and 1/4 sweet onion, coarsley chopped and carmelized. It worked really well. I love the extra flavour from the parmesan cheese, parsley and rosemary. I will definitely be making these again....Kudos
