Baked Garlic Corn on the Cob

Corn on the cob baked with olive oil and garlic!


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Add oil and garlic to a 13x9 inch glass baking dish, bake until oil starts to sizzle and remove.
  3. Add corn, season with salt and pepper and turn to coat.
  4. Cover tightly with foil, bake 25-30 minutes turning once.

I made this for Easter dinner and it turned out pretty good! I had to use a bit more oil than called for. I'm a garlic freak but some of my family was scrapping it off. They just don't know what's good!! ;) Thanks for posting!
