I tried this today and the chicken was very moist and delicious. Thought it was super simple and quick. I only baked for 28 minutes, flipping over and basting halfway.

Simple and amazing. Full of flavour and barely a carbohydrate in sight. I didn't have any low sodium soy and I stuffed the thighs with herb infused garlic and wrapped them in bacon. :)

Very moist and full of flavor...followed the recipe exactly except I added chopped almonds to the top for some crunch. Served with mashed potatoes and green beans. Fabulous! Will definitely make again.

Delicious! Only thing I did differently was use roasted garlic because I had a ton on hand. Chicken was juicy and flavorful. Will definitely make this again!

So delicious. I skinned and deboned my chicken....it took half the time to cook. 15 minutes bottom side up and then flip, rebaste and do topside up for 10....or 6mins under broiler. My toddler asked for seconds and he hardly ever does that. Thank u so much!!!

This was delicious and so easy! After the first batch was finished I cooked another six thighs in the remaining seasoned juice. I will definitely make again!

Yummy and easy. I made this a while back and loved it - definitely would recommend it. I added some cut up mini sweet peppers after the chicken was in the oven for 10 minutes. I used fresh rosemary instead of dried. I enjoyed this a lot and will try it with other herbs in the future. Thanks for posting, Sooz Cooks, this is a good recipe!
