Yum! I baked the garlic at 375 tightly wrapped in foil. It was done at the 45 minute mark when I unwrapped it, so I didn't continue cooking it after that. Roasted garlic is the best!

This was sooooo good!! I am a huge "garlic head"...I love the stuff, esp. roasted garlic!! The addition of thyme (which is what I used) added to the flavor perfectly!! I spread some on grilled bread with tomatoes and cheese - Yumm-o!! Thank you for this keeper!!
well I am getting ready to try it. Don't know the degrees so will try 400 ...wonder if the microwave would work? that would be super...and I will use dill weed...its dandy
