Easy,delicious French toast! I used regular maple syrup and 3 eggs (didn't feel like messing around with separating an egg), and I also added a little cinnamon. It baked up nice and golden in 40 minutes. Thanks Marc!
I made two batches of this for a church brunch potluck today and it was a big hit. Followed directions exactly. It would be good served with some fruit on the side. Next time I might use raisin bread, or add raisins. Again, I got several requests for the recipe. Thanks so much!
