Whipped these us as we were unloading groceries after a day in town. (The potatoes are in the background--I slathered mine with ketchup!) My, oh, my--they smelled good...mighty tasty, too! I wish I'd've thought to add some bacon bits, as that would've REALLY hit the spot.

EXCELLENT DISH!! I did add garlic and also threw in a few bacon bits on the 2nd batch. These resemble "loaded" fries that you get at a restaurant but with a much better flavor. I did have to cook mine a bit longer for the crunchiness on the bottom and I did take the foil off about 5 minutes before I turned them off to make the top fries a bit crunchier. Thanks JB...I LOVE this RECIPE!!!
