Ok, so I hate it when people rate a recipe low and then start telling all the things they did differently when making the recipe. This is a little different, since I made some changes and it still came out great. I added some crushed garlic with the other veggies, I added about 2 T of balsamic vinegar with the tomatoes, and I cooked the whole thing on the stove - no need for the oven on a hot summer day. Great alternative to the usual fish recipes.
I have cooked this recipe several times and always comes out perfect. I have used cod, halibut, shark, croaker, gafftop, sand trout and speckled trout. It does not matter, it will come out perfect every time. LOVE IT!!!
Delicious! Was looking for a healthy baked fish that is easy - this is it! Used fresh rock fish and served over rice with a green salad. I microwaved leftovers for lunch the next day which was a great bonus. Thank you so much!
Loved this - went straight to my saved recipes. Really tasty way to prepare inexpensive varieties of fish. Only a couple of changes out of necessity (what I had). Used tilapia in place of cod, and italian seasoning in place of marjoram and thyme.I'll be making this often. Thanks!
This was delicious! I made as written only using Italian seasoning for the majoram and thyme. I am definately going to put this in my Favorites of 2012. Made this for National Tomato Month -- Diabetic Forum.
Great -- very easy! I added sliced olives to the recipe and used a can of fire roasted tomatoes with garlic. Will make again, for sure! My husband loved it.

very good, I used basa fish, we loved the oinions, green peppers and the herbs, lovely combination in the sauce! really livened up the fish, thanks for posting, I will make it again.
this was pretty good...my husband liked it and tends to enjoy tomato toppings on fish. I tend to prefer seafood stuffing on fish or batttered but did like flavor of seasoned tomatoes. I do need to keep healthy and this is a good recipe to keep that way.
Easy and delicious. I love cod fish and this is a keeper for sure.
