I thought this was pretty good, family not so much. i used a regular onion, but soaked the chopped onion in hot water for about five minutes to reduce the bite - a good trick when no sweet onion is available. It was a bit monochromatic on the plate, definitely needs red tomatoes or very green beans to perk it up.
Nice quick dinner. Very easy to put together. A bit bland for my taste, but the family loved it.
Really tasty ! Had frozen mahi mahi fillets for just DH and me, SORT of halved other ingredients. Have just discovered Spanish smoked paprika -- LOVELY addition to flavor ! Did add some pepper. Thanks, LIG -- another treat.
This was wonderful! I used ling cod and the only change I made was to use local brown onions because we don't have vidalia onions widely available in Aus. As you said makes a really healthy and tasty meal along with a few salad greens and it's also quick to put together so what more could you want.
This was fabulous! I wouldn't change a thing. I used a fresh cod fillet, smoked Spanish paprika, and vidalia onions. Made for my teammate on the Epicurean Queens for ZWT5: Spain/Portugal.
