The orange sauce really gives this fish a refreshing taste. An added touch could be slivered almonds.

  • 907.18 g white fish fillets, cut in portions
  • 118.29 ml orange juice
  • 44.37 ml butter, melted
  • 4.92 ml grated orange rind
  • 2.46 ml parsley

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F degrees.
  2. Place fish in baking pan.
  3. Mix orange juice and butter.
  4. Pour half this mixture over the fish.
  5. Sprinkle the rind over.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes.
  7. Pour remaining orange mixture over.
  8. Bake another 10 minutes.
  9. Sprinkle with parsley.
