This is a delicious company dinner for your fish loving friends. Since the fish has to marinade anyway, it's a good make ahead dish to then just pop in the oven at dinnertime.

Great fish dish with an unusual topping. The shrimp are very nice in that topping. An easy recipe and very nice for a dinner party.

A great recipe! I used 8 thin sole fillets, omitted the white wine and drained the liquid after baking the fillets.

I have made this several times and everyone says it taste like something from a nice resturant. Most want the recipe, but some just ask me to make it again and be sure to invite them. Thanks Geema.
