Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  2. Pour mixture into an 11x8 baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven for about 40 minutes or until eggs are set.
  4. Let stand for 10 minutes.
  5. Cut into squares and serve.

I also substituted garlic powder for the thyme and added 1 cup of chopped ham. Wonderful!

Hubby trying to lose weight after quitting smoking, so I tried with 1% cottage cheese, fat free sour cream, 1% cheddar. Turned out great! Thanks!

This was delicious!! I made it for another family, but got to enjoy a piece with them. The only change I made was to use some garlic powder in place of the thyme. Thanks for posting... I will be making it again!
