This is just a way I started to bake eggs instead of fry. Tastes just as great. I add salt and pepper to the ones for my husband, older kids and I. Make sure you use toast and not just bread or it will not turn out right. Also, I save the rest of the bread in my freezer for stuffing later.
- Cut a round shape from a piece of toast and place in a muffin tin.
- Moisten with 1 teaspoons of Milk each.
- Break egg onto it and put in oven at 300* for 30 minutes.
