  • Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  • Rinse chicken and pat dry.
  • In a small bowl, stir together remaining ingredients.
  • Arrange chicken or turkey in a single layer in a glass baking dish. Spread mustard mixture over the top of each piece.
  • Bake, uncovered, 15 to 20 minutes, or until chicken or turkey is tender and no longer pink.

  4. This recipe was ok. I thought the mustard taste was too strong for my personal tastes. The chicken was nice and juicy, but the flavor was too much.

MMMMMMMM My eyebrows shot up and a hearty OMG came forth. How is it possible that something that's so easy to prepare and so quick to bake can taste so wonderful?!!
